Please read this important message below from IATSE Vice President Miller. Local 728 will be sending out personalized links via text blast after 3 PM today. The Survey closes November 5th so please take the Survey ASAP! Dear Sisters, Brothers, and Kin — Firstly, we want to express our appreciation for the overwhelming response to the 2024 AMPTP negotiations bargaining survey, with thousands making their voices heard on the first day. Unfortunately, with this level of participation, we have experienced some technical difficulties. The servers at David Binder Research, the third-party company handling execution of the survey, was temporarily overloaded, resulting in lengthy loading times for some of our members attempting to complete the survey. The issue has been identified and has been addressed. The system will speed up as the volume of participants decreases, and we expect that these delays are resolved. For those members who were unable to complete their survey due to these issues, we advise you to attempt taking the survey again using the same unique survey link. The integrity of their responses will not be compromised, and their input remains invaluable to shaping our strategy and proposals for the upcoming negotiations. Please note that you should be able to leave the survey and return to it using your unique link, assuming your progress has been saved by the third party’s servers. Our mission is to ensure that every member has the opportunity to contribute their perspective and have their voice heard. This survey is one of many methods the Locals and bargaining committees are using to inform priorities and proposals, and we appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through these first steps.
