Elvira Garay is a health education worksite consultant with the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles
Medical Center. Her responsibilities include teaching health promotion to employees at their
worksite. Ms. Garay conducts classes and Wellness programs on various topics such as fitness,
nutrition, and stress management. She also consults many companies to the design and
Implementation of worksite wellness programs. Ms. Garay is a Master Certified Health Education
Specialist (MCHES) through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the World Instructor Training Schools.
