On July 27th, Senate Republicans introduced their opening bid for the next coronavirus relief package – the “HEALS” Act.
It will come as no surprise that the bill, as currently drafted, is woefully inadequate in addressing the needs of entertainment workers in the ongoing health crisis.
Tomorrow, July 22, the AFL-CIO is leading a national call-in day to demand that the Senate take up the HEROES Act.
