The AFL-CIO says Hispanic working people are ramping up voter mobilization in Nevada.

Daniel Aranda, with IBEW Local 357 says he's ready to do whatever is needed to oppose Donald Trump and his vitriolic rhetoric attacking Hispanic working families.

Hispanic union members met Thursday at the Culinary Union hall in Las Vegas to plan how to stop Trump and support down-ballot candidates.

The AFL-CIO's election effort aims to reach 100,000 Hispanic voters in union households in Nevada. AFL-CIO President Rich Trumka says Nevada is a priority state for labor. He says if workers work together they can elect candidates form the statehouse to the White House who are ready to change the rules of the economy.
