Notification of Dues for 2017

As approved by the Membership at the November 12, 2016 meeting, dues for 2017 are:

Active Members
$255.00 per quarter or $1,020.00 annually.
​Members in good standing are covered by a life insurance benefit of $20,000.00 + $20,000.00 accidental death or dismemberment benefit.
Quarterly dues payments must be received on or before the first day of each new quarter, January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Please record these due dates. Consider setting up quarterly reminders in advance of the due dates on your mobile device.
Please remit your payment to IATSE Local 728 and mail it in time to arrive on or before the first day of each new quarter.

728 Retirees
Retirees have three choices for dues in 2017. Each carries a different level of life insurance coverage and are:

1. $108.00 annual retiree dues. Payable on or before January 1, 2016. Life insurance benefit of $10,000.00.
2. $216.00 annual retiree premium dues. Payable on or before January 1, 2016. Life insurance benefit of $20,000.00.
3. $1,020.00 active retiree member dues. Payable on or before January 1, 2016, or $255.00 per quarter, January 1^st, April 1^st, July 1^st and October 1^st. Life insurance benefit of $20,000.00 + $20,000 AD&D.

Dues payments can be paid by mail with a check, money order or cashier’s check or online at www.iatse728.org. 

You may also remit payment by ACH, credit card or with a debit card by phone. Call the Hall, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at 818-954-0728.  A convenience fee applies to all card transactions.

Automatic ACH payments can also be setup. You will be notified by email a few days before the funds are withdrawn from your checking account that the funds are to be withdrawn. Please call the office to complete this process.  You may also download the Auto ACH enrollment form from our website www.iatse728.org.

If your email address is current in our database, you will receive a billing invoice approximately one week before the start of a new quarter that dues are coming owed. You can update your email address in our database by logging into our website.
