Video Game Writers' Historic Win After 21-Day Strike

Last week, VOW Together (organized by writers of the video game Lovestruck) ended their 21-day strike in a historic win for video game industry workers! We're inspired by them taking a leap in an industry newly gathering worker power. They raised their voices for fair pay and more transparency from the company for their hard work making the video game a success, and made it happen for every single writer with support from CODE-CWA. Thank you everyone who supported their efforts through digital action.

Welcome KIND Employees to the Union Family



Yesterday, August 14, employees of Kids In Need of Defense LA (KIND) had a resounding historic victory for nonprofit workers today and winning the right to be represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM)! They organized around strengthening the ideals and mission of KIND, which is to support the most vulnerable amongst us, migrant children.
