Moving Light Seminar

Moving lights are becoming more common on our sets. There are a wide variety of types and styles of moving lights and it can be confusing to know when and how to use each type. The Moving Light Seminar will have many of these moving lights on display (with control) so you will be able to see and have hands-on opportunities to learn what these lights can do. The seminar will be set up in an open "trade show" format with the moving lights available for you to handle and control, as well as Keynote Speakers and/or a Panel of Experts to answer your specific questions. Specific topics and schedule will be published as we get closer to the event. Experts will be on hand to discuss how and when to use moving lights, both as specialty fixtures (i.e. club scenes and concerts) and remote focus devices that can be focused and colored in areas that may be inaccessible once the set is in place. In addition, we will discuss what you need to know when planning your rig as well as the color, pattern, strobe, and focus capabilities of the different types and styles of moving lights.
