Trump told Congress he wants $1 trillion to rebuild America's infrastructure. But how serious is he about that?

North American Build Trades President Sean McGarvey told the Reuters news agency that "more frustration will build up if it doesn't come around quick enough".

McGarvey told Reuters since meeting with Trump in January the building trades are "communicating with Trump aide Stephen Miller and his staff about twice a week."

So far though Trump has not sent a specific infrastructure proposal to Congress. And Congress has so far made no commitment to spend $1 trillion on infrastructure.
