Attention ACLT's
It is the responsibility of the ACLT to notify the Local if you are going on distant location. It is also the duty of the ACLT to submit a weekly Distant Location Report to the Local. This is for your own protection and for the protection of your crew. If the Local has all the production information up front, they can respond to a breach of working conditions or any other contract violation more expediently.
As per our Local's By-Laws (Article 2, section 1b), failure to report to the Local when going on distant location may subject the ACLT to an assessment of not less than $100.00.
