IATSE Local 728 Online Classified Section Terms and Conditions

1. IATSE Local 728 (“Local 728”) is offering this free online classified section to its members. Members can post classified ads in the following categories: “For Sale,” “Services Offered,” and “Wanted.” Currently, the online classified ads will be posted on a public website and both members and non-members can view and respond to any online classified ad. Users shall include all individuals who post or respond to advertisements in the online classified section and include both members and non-members.
2. By using the online classified section of the website, you agree to and accept all of the following terms and conditions.
3. Local 728 can remove any posting from the online classified section at its own discretion for any reason whatsoever.
4. Users of the online classified section agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Users shall not post or solicit any illegal items or services on the online classified section and shall not post any false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or libelous content.
5. All users who access the online classified section do so at their own risk. Local 728 does not endorse any of the ads posted on the online classified section nor do they check or verify any qualifications, licenses, or other credentials listed by users.
6. Local 728 has no control as to whether the transactions listed on the online classified section will be completed to the satisfaction of all users. If there are any disputes related to any of the postings on the online classified section, Local 728 is under no obligation to become involved.
7. If a user has a dispute, users shall release Local 728 and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
8. Any information, material, or goods and services obtained through the online classified section is at the user’s discretion and risk. Users will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from any transaction. In no event shall Local 728 and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents be liable for any damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the online classified section.
9. Local 728 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Local 728 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
