As deportations and raids on undocumented immigrant workers happen across America it is being resisted by organized labor, immigrant rights groups, clergy and sanctuary communities.

They resist because the vast majority of undocumented workers have committed no other crimes and are simply working and raising their families.

AFL-CIO President Rich Trumka leaves no doubt which side organized labor is on when it comes to mass deportations.

[Rich Trumka]: "We will not stand for it. We will resist it with everything that we have, everywhere that we are, every way that we can. And we refuse to be divided between us and them."

Trumka says mass deportations violate America's founding principles.
